Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 July 2026
This policy explains what information Viditra collects, why, and how we handle it. We keep it minimal and we never sell your data.
1. What we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, from when you sign in (via Google sign-in or email).
- Profile you provide — optional details you enter, such as your school, what you teach, and the chapter you are teaching next.
- Usage data — how you use the product (which simulations you open, time spent, and layout customisations), so we can improve the simulations and decide what to build next.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. Card, UPI, and banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay on their secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems — Viditra never sees or stores your payment credentials.
3. How we use your information
To operate and secure your account, personalise your experience, improve our simulations and content, and contact you about your account, trial, or subscription. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Viditra, and only as needed:
- Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Google — sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Just email pradeep@viditra.co and we will action it.
