Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to teach a real class with Viditra before you decide. This policy explains the free trial, how to cancel, and when refunds apply.

1. Free trial

Every new teacher gets a 1-week free trial with no payment details required. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends — you are never charged automatically for a trial.

2. Subscription

After the trial, Viditra is billed monthly at the rate of your subscribed plan — institute plans are quoted per campus, and any earlier individual founding rates remain honoured for existing subscribers. Your saved work (lesson layouts, renames, customisations) stays safe between billing periods.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel any time by emailing pradeep@viditra.co. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

4. Refunds

Because a one-week free trial lets you fully evaluate Viditra before paying, monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the month has started. That said, we are reasonable people:

• If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or charged after you cancelled), email us within 7 days and we will refund it in full.
• If the Service was substantially unusable for you and we could not resolve it, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will make it right.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
