Refund & Cancellation Policy

Viditra is free for every teacher until 31 March 2027, so there is nothing to pay or refund for that. This policy covers paid plans: how to cancel, and when refunds apply.

1. Free access

Every teacher can use the full library free until 31 March 2027 with no payment details required. You are never charged automatically.

2. Subscription

A paid plan is billed monthly at the rate of that plan — school and institute plans are quoted per campus, and any earlier individual founding rates remain honoured for existing subscribers. Your saved work (lesson layouts, renames, customisations) stays safe between billing periods.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel any time by emailing pradeep@viditra.co. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

4. Refunds

Because you can use Viditra free before paying, monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the month has started. That said, we are reasonable people:

• If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge, or charged after you cancelled), email us within 7 days and we will refund it in full.
• If the Service was substantially unusable for you and we could not resolve it, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will make it right.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
