Terms & Conditions

Last updated 15 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of Viditra (“the Service”), a subscription software product that gives physics teachers interactive, accurate simulations to teach with in class. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Viditra provides a library of interactive physics simulations and a live teaching surface for physics teachers across Indian curricula (including CBSE, ICSE and state boards). New simulations and features are added regularly. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for teachers and educators. One account is for one teacher; please do not share your login. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscription & billing

4. Acceptable use

You may use the simulations for teaching your own students — in your classroom, online, or on a projector. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the simulations or any part of the Service, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.

Publishing the simulations in public content (YouTube, social media, recorded courses) requires a separate content licence — contact us. We grant these; we just need to agree the terms first, including how Viditra is credited.

5. Intellectual property

All simulations, content, designs, and software in the Service are owned by Viditra. While your subscription is active, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for teaching your own classes. This licence ends when your subscription ends.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Viditra is a teaching aid. While we work hard to keep the physics accurate, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim arose.

7. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Telangana, India.
